Privacy policy

Effective 19 October 2026

The short version: Hyperfacet collects nothing. No account, no analytics, no ads, no tracking.

Hyperfacet is a match-3 puzzle game for Apple Vision Pro, made by Ihor Parkhomenko. This policy explains what the game does with your information.

What we collect

Nothing. The game has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it makes no network connections. We never receive any data from your device.

What stays on your device

Your progress (levels, stars and best scores) and your settings (sound, music, board and environment choices) are saved on your Apple Vision Pro so you can pick up where you left off. They never leave the device. Deleting the app deletes them.

Hand and eye input

You play with the system's look-and-pinch gestures. visionOS handles them and gives the game only the tap or drag itself, never where you look or images of your surroundings.

TestFlight

If you test a beta through Apple's TestFlight, Apple may share crash reports, usage figures and any feedback you send with the developer, under Apple's own TestFlight terms and privacy policy. The game itself adds nothing to this.

Children

The game collects no information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
